Our park model homes can be customized to accommodate a wide range of mobility, accessibility, and aging-in-place preferences. Available modifications may include wider doorways, ramp access, open floor plans, accessible bathroom features, lower countertop options, enhanced lighting, and other design elements tailored to individual needs.

Clients are encouraged to discuss their specific accessibility goals with our design team so we can recommend available customization options that best meet their needs.

These customizations are designed to improve comfort, convenience, and ease of use for residents with varying mobility requirements. However, unless specifically designed, engineered, and certified to applicable standards, these homes are not represented as compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Housing Act (FHA), or other federal, state, or local accessibility regulations.
