2027 SNUGGLEWIDES

We specialize in manufactured homes between about 500 and 1000 square feet. These homes are built to the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) codes standard. The smaller HUD homes are transported as a single unit up to approximately 18 feet wide. The larger HUD homes, called “Snugglewides”, are transported in two pieces and connected when the home is set. The “Snugglewide” line, designed by Roxanna Moss, is exclusive to Moss Overland. These unique homes provide the space of an Arizona room without the expensive and lengthy process to build one. Our Snugglewide homes are perfect for dual zone parks such as Carriage Manor in Mesa.
